All of Virgo’s meeting rooms are priced the same. We have hourly and daily rates, and we reserve and charge for our rooms in 30-minute increments, so you never pay for what you don’t use.
Yes, however, we do give our Office and Virtual Office clients preference in the event of a scheduling conflict.

Virgo requires a minimum of 24-hour’s notice to cancel a reservation.
You can book a meeting room on weekdays between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. We can make our rooms available after-hours and on weekends for a small premium charge.
Our meeting rooms can accommodate anywhere from 4 – 20 people. We also have offices that can be rented by the hour or day.
Our rental rates include a staffed reception area, internet access and unlimited domestic phone service. Our phones are all speakerphone and conference call ready.
