What does it cost to become a Virgo Business Centers client?

Virgo requires the first month’s recurring fees plus two additional months as security deposit, upon execution of agreement. If your start date is mid-month, additional prorate charges will be due.

What is the minimum term at Virgo Business Centers?
There is a three-month minimum term.
How quickly can I move in?

Provided that all paperwork is in order, and certified funds are available, Virgo can have you in your new office and operational within an hour of contract execution.

What do I need to bring with me?

We recommend that you bring your own computer equipment, but the rest of your business needs, including business machinery and office supplies, are all available upon request.

How many people can Virgo accommodate in a single office?

Virgo puts no limit on the number of occupants you can have per-office. There are many sizes and furniture configurations to choose from, ranging from work stations to team rooms.

What is included in my monthly basic service?

Included in your basic service fee is:

Virtual Offices

What is a Virtual Office?

As a Virtual Office client, you may list your company’s address at any of Virgo’s prestigious locations, but you don’t need to keep a physical presence there. Virgo’s staff receives and processes your calls and mail, and makes all of its other services available to you. You will be issued a dedicated phone number with voicemail, as well as a mailbox which you can visit during working hours.

Who needs a Virtual Office?

This option is ideal for an executive that spends more time on the road than in an office, or someone working from home, and needs a true corporate identity. Using any of Virgo’s prestigious addresses will convey to your clients and customers, that your company is credible and reliable.

Are offices available to Virtual Office clients?

Absolutely! Virgo keeps a healthy inventory of offices that can be rented by the day or even hourly. We also have conference room facilities that can be rented in the same manner.

When can a Virtual Client use Virgo’s facilities?

As a Virtual Office client, you have access to all of Virgo’s on-site services during working hours.

Are there different levels of service as a Virtual Office client?

Yes. You can contract for mail or phone services individually. You can also choose a combination plan.

Can a Virtual Office client have their phone calls and mail forwarded to them?

Of course! You never have to visit our locations to receive your calls and mail. Simply instruct our staff members as to how and where you want them forwarded. It’s that simple.

What does it cost to become a Virtual Office client?

What are the terms in becoming a Virtual Office client?

You can start on a month-to-month basis and continue for as long as you want. There is discount pricing for contracts terms of 12-months or longer.

Meeting Rooms

Are there meeting rooms at every Virgo facility?

Yes. All of our locations have a variety of meeting rooms and private offices.

What are the terms of a meeting room rental?

All of Virgo’s meeting rooms are priced the same. We have hourly and daily rates, and we reserve and charge for our rooms in 30-minute increments, so you never pay for what you don’t use.

Are Virgo meeting rooms available to non-Virgo clients?

Yes, however, we do give our Office and Virtual Office clients preference in the event of a scheduling conflict.

How do I book a meeting room?

Simply call the number listed above, choose the location you desire, and a sales representative will be happy to help you book your room rental. Virgo cilents have access to our online reservation system where they can reserve a meetting room 24 hours a day and 7 days a week.

Is there a cancellation policy?

Virgo requires a minimum of 24-hour’s notice to cancel a reservation.

What are Virgo’s hours of operation?

You can book a meeting room on weekdays between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm. We can make our rooms available after-hours and on weekends for a small premium charge.

How many people can a Virgo meeting room accommodate?

Our meeting rooms can accommodate anywhere from 4 – 20 people. We also have offices that can be rented by the hour or day.

What services can I expect when I rent a Virgo meeting room?

Our rental rates include a staffed reception area, internet access and unlimited domestic phone service. Our phones are all speakerphone and conference call ready. Some of our rooms include cable TV with DVD players, switch controlled drop-down screens and erasable white boards. Other services available on an “a-la-carte” basis are:

  • Presentation equipment rentals.
  • Catering and beverage service.
  • Printing, scanning and copy facilities.
