I selected them because of services, financial value, the location of the building vis-a-vis public transportation, and branding the building provides my business – – in short, it made good business sense. Over the past 10 years, Prizmalite Industries has sublet office space directly from the lease at a number of prestigious addresses. This is the first time we have sublet directly in a Business Center and based on our experience during the past six months, we would certainly do so again with Virgo.
The Virgo team in The Chanin Building location is absolutely first rate and I have been extremely pleased and impressed with how efficiently this operation is managed. As important, everything is done in the most pleasant, gracious manner and I cannot find fault with one interaction I have had with Mr. Erkin and his staff during my time here.
